Portfolio strategy & investment
Demand intake, Cost of Delay, quantitative capacity allocation, investment prioritization, and governance.
Enterprise portfolio · PMO · technical programs
At Oracle, I led investment prioritization and used data to help executives decide what to fund and where to assign engineering capacity. My work leading global teams, including managers and directors, improved cloud operations and supply chain delivery. To make project progress easier to track, I built AI tools independently and co-developed Command Center.
